WINTER FIELD DAY 2026

Held annually on the last full weekend in January, Winter Field Day (WFD) is a communications exercise and contest that The American Legion Post 315 Amateur Radio Club participates in, with groups and individuals around the country and the world. Similar to ARRL’s Field Day held in the summer, operators set up in parks, fields, operations centers and their backyards. The American Legion post 315 ARC will be operating from the Old City park Pavilion, Wylie, Tx, deploying our assets and testing our emergency preparedness
